The California Avocado Commission has announced that a District 5 Producer (Grower) seat on the CAC Board of Directors is available. The person appointed to fill the vacant seat would serve for the unexpired portion of the term — through October 31, 2017.

The California Avocado Commission has mailed its Midseason Crop Estimate Survey to California avocado growers and encourages growers to complete the survey by the May 1, 2017 deadline.
