The California Small Farm Conference will take place February 22 – 27 with more than 50 online workshops and a selection of in-person events around the state. Admission for the event is on a sliding scale — with registrants choosing the amount they are able to pay upon registration.

COS Training Resource Center is offering Good Agricultural Practices Fieldworker — Train the Trainer sessions in the San Luis Obispo region. These sessions are designed to help employees consistently improve food safety and help them become effective trainers of other fieldworkers.

“English for Agriculture” is an English language program for farmworkers that provides agriculture operations with onsite or virtual English training sessions specifically designed for agriculture settings. Students learn English skills related to farm operations, employee safety, hygiene and food safety, team leadership and communication.

The University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources is offering reduced-cost Produce Safety Alliance Grower Trainings. The sessions take place virtually and are just $10 for California residents.

The 2026 World Ag Expo will take place from February 10 – 12 at the International Agri-Center located at 4600 South Laspina Street in Tulare, CA.

Redox Bionutrients is hosting English and Spanish language Redox University sessions. The sessions tend to focus on soil health, nutrient efficiency and crop quality.

The California Avocado Society will host its 110th Annual Meeting on Friday, October 3 at the Lloyd-Butler Ranch located in Ventura County.
