The special local needs (SLN) label for Forfeit® 280 (glufosinate-ammonium) herbicide for use on avocados has been amended. The amended label corrects a typographical error on the original SLN label. All users must have a copy of this latest amended SLN label in their possession when using Forfeit® 280 on avocados. As a reminder, an SLN label for Forfeit® 280 was obtained to replace Rely® 280, which BASF stopped manufacturing. Rely® 280 may still be used as long as supplies last and growers have a copy of the Supplemental Label in their possession.
