Hass Avocado Board Nominations and Elections Moving to Online Format
The Hass Avocado Board announced that its 2023 nomination and election process will take place online.
Hass avocado producers or importers who are eligible to run for a HAB seat will receive a mailer about the nominations process beginning on March 1. Those interested in running for a position on the HAB board will complete the nomination process online. Voting for nominees also will take place online. In order to vote in the HAB election, eligible Hass producers and importers must register online by April 12 to receive a ballot via email. HAB will make hard copies of the nomination and voting forms available upon request.
