Video of the Month: Oat Milk and California Avocado Ice Cream Video Utilized by Local Retailers

As noted in the October GreenSheet Video of the Month article, the California Avocado Commission provides participating retailers with recipe videos featuring California avocados that customers can feature on their social channels. Used during California avocado season, these videos remind shoppers to seek out and purchase California avocados from retailers who merchandise the fruit. November’s Video of the Month features the recipe Oat Milk and California Avocado Ice Cream, which was showcased by retailers Gelson’s and Mollie Stone’s this past summer. The recipe is a delicious, vegan alternative to traditional ice cream. In addition to being perfect for warm weather and encouraging consumers to try California avocados in desserts, the recipe pairs well with holiday pies and other seasonal treats.
