The Ventura County Resource Conservation District is hosting two Irrigation and Nutrient Management Field Tours in Somis, California. Growers need only attend one session.
The event will cover the following topics:
- Demonstrations concerning the use of nutrient and irrigation management stations to monitor soil moisture
- How to interpret data and make informed irrigation decisions
- Calculations to help with nutrient management planning
- Current and future funds and services to assist growers
