The San Diego Region Agritourism Gathering is designed to help attendees learn more about agritourism, network with peers and focus on collaborative program development. The agenda is as follows:

- 8:00 a.m. — Check-in, network and welcome
- 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. — Tour and Q&A
- 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. — Transition to next location
Location 2: Carlsbad Flower Fields, 5704 Paseo Del Norte, Carlsbad, CA
- 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. — Discussion concerning current status, ongoing and future programming for agritourism in San Diego region
- 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. — Debrief/open conversation
- 12:00 – 1:00 p.m .— Networking lunch
- 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. — Flower Fields overview and tour
- 3:00 p.m. — Adjourn
