World Avocado Congress Set for April 2-5 in New Zealand
The 10th World Avocado Congress will take place April 2 – 5, 2023 in Auckland, New Zealand and will bring together industry members from across the globe and include field day sessions, as well as in-person academic sessions.

The Avocado Café will host a virtual seminar on August 30 examining the pros and cons of drip versus mini-sprinkler irrigation.
Free Avocado Irrigation Workshop
The University of California Cooperative Extension is hosting a free Avocado Irrigation Workshop that will focus on drought and heat effects; irrigation management tools; mapping and managing salinity; water costs and planting density; and support programs available to California avocado growers.
Avocado Varieties Seminar Available In-person and Online
On August 17, California avocado growers can attend a free Avocado Varieties Discussion online or in person from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. The live session will take place at 669 County Square Drive in Ventura, California.
CAC Field Day to Discuss GEM High Density, Avocado Rootstocks and Orondis Use
The California Avocado Commission will host a Pine Tree Ranch Field Day on Tuesday, July 26 from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. that will feature three informational sessions.
