The California Avocado Commission encourages stakeholders to attend the upcoming CAC 2023 Annual Meetings where they can meet CAC’s new leadership team, learn more about the 2023 marketing campaign and gain insight into the grower-focused priorities of the Production Research and Industry Affairs teams.

The California Avocado Society, in partnership with the California Avocado Commission and the UC-Cooperative Extension, is hosting an Avocado Grower Seminar entitled, “World Avo Congress Comes to California,” that will cover the full gamut of avocado growing topics presented during the World Avocado Congress.

An online recording of the “California Disaster Assistance Webinar” is now available online. The USDA is also hosting another virtual question-and-answer session concerning USDA disaster assistance on April 20.

As a sponsor of the Fresh Produce and Floral Council luncheon, the California Avocado Commission had the opportunity to celebrate the start of the California avocado season and demonstrate the importance of the locally grown fruit to Southern California produce and floral industry retailers, distributors, vendors and other industry members.
