California Avocado Growers Encouraged to Complete Laurel Wilt Survey

The University of Florida, University of California – Riverside, University of California – Davis, University of Hawaii and Texas A&M University are conducting a laurel wilt and Phytophthora root rot survey to gather information concerning growers’ cultural management decisions and better determine the economic costs of management options. Data from the multi-state survey will be used to help identify the disease management situations in each state and highlight effective management strategies for those regions.

Individual information will remain confidential and the information and insights gathered from the survey will be used for research purposes only. Growers can skip any question they do not want to answer. The survey is available online.
