Video of the Month: California Avocado Season Opener Public Relations Event

The California Avocado Commission’s featured Video of the Month for April 2024 is an approximately one-minute video highlighting a unique consumer public relations event in conjunction with a premium California retailer, Gelson’s. For this March PR kick-off to the California avocado season, nine well known and respected social media influencers in the greater San Diego area who are focused on great food and healthy lifestyles attended a grove tour hosted by California avocado grower Spencer Steed in Pauma Valley. They then attended a sampling event at Gelson’s in Del Mar. California avocado grower Andy Lyall participated in the sampling event, which was open to shoppers as well.
