Produce Safety Portal Training Workshops Available
The California Department of Food and Agriculture Produce Safety Program is hosting a series of virtual and in-person PSP Portal Training Workshops in November and December. The in-person sessions will take place across the State of California between November 18 – December 17. The virtual workshop will be held November 19.
CDFA’s Produce Safety Program Online Portal Available
The California Department of Food and Agriculture Produce Safety Program has launched its Farm Data Repository website (or PSP Portal) that allows growers to view their own digital farm inspection records and reports and to verify and update records. Learn more.
July Virtual Produce Safety Alliance Training Course
The University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources’ Small Farms, Food Safety Technical Assistance Programs is offering a two-day virtual Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training course from July 9 – 10. The course meets the requirements set by the Food Safety Modernization Act Produce Safety Rule mandating at least one member of an agricultural operation attend a PSA course.
FDA Releases Final Rule on Agricultural Water
