Loyal Foodservice Chain Partners Proudly Promote In-season California avocados on Their Menu
From May 6 through June 17 this year, northern California-based Erik’s DeliCafé and southern-California based Wahoo’s Fish Taco celebrate their fifth consecutive year promoting California avocados on their menu. Erik’s DeliCafé patrons can easily find California avocados on the menu as they will be featured in at least nine menu items from salads and sandwiches to wraps. Wahoo’s Fish Taco patrons will taste the season by adding to any dish a scoop of house-made guac made with California avocados.
Both chains will engage with their patrons through a vibrant social media schedule over the 6-week promotion period. New this year is the push to promote the story behind sustainably grown. California avocados, which will appear in the chains’ enewsletters.
