The California Avocado Commission currently has three CAC Board of Directors vacancies — handler alternate member, District 1 alternate producer and District 5 alternate producer. All three positions will fill the vacant seats for the remainder of the term through October 31, 2025.
An online tool, called Avocado Support Tool, analyzes growers’ leaf analysis data and then delivers a detailed, customized and confidential report that ranks each nutrient element and its importance in impacting a site’s potential fruit yield.
To help maintain California Avocados brand awareness in the lead up to the 2025 season — and showcase a potentially larger crop — the California Avocado Commission exhibited at the 2024 International Fresh Produce Association Global Produce and Floral Show hosted at the World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
