New Website Provides Growers with Access to Their Inspection Records and Produce Safety Resources
The California Department of Food and Agriculture Produce Safety Program is developing a PSP data repository website that allows growers to view their own digital farm inspection records and reports. In addition, the website provides access to a variety of PSP resources and will allow growers to connect with PSP staff. The database will be searchable and allow growers to verify and update records in one central location.
The project will be delivered in two phases with a full launch expected in late 2024. The first phase, available in early 2024 will allow growers to access farm data from their own operation and update farm business information as needed. The second phase will allow growers to view inspection results and respond to action requests, upload request documents and send and respond to messages within the system.
